Arthur Fred Smith
January 20, 1935 — January 22, 2017
Arthur Fred Smith, age 82, passed away January 22, 2017 in Hurricane Utah at his home with loved ones near. He was born in Springville, UT on January 20, 1935. He was the first born of two. Fred lived a full adventurous life. Fred served as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints.
Fred loved to be outdoors and taking long drives, as well as teaching all his kids how to ride his favorite hobby - motorcycles. He would ride motorcycles for days in the deserts of California and Las Vegas.
He had friends and family from Utah all the way to the California coast. He will be missed dearly.
Fred is survived by his wife Consuelo and his children.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Hurricane 1st Ward Chapel, 272 S 700 W, Hurricane, Utah. A viewing will be Friday from 6-8 pm and Saturday from 9:30-10:45 am. Interment will be in Hurricane City Cemetery.
