Austen Kay Collins

Just five weeks after coming into the world, Austen Kay Collins passed away peacefully in her parents' arms at Dixie Regional Medical Center in St George, UT on October 14, 2015. During those five weeks, she touched many lives and was loved by all who met her. She was born only two weeks early, weighing five pounds two ounces at 10:48 pm. She had a few wisps of dark hair and blue glinting eyes.

Austen is survived by her parents, Andrea Kay Reyos and Donny Collins; Her brother, Tristan J Medina; Her grandparents, Christopher Reyos, Dawn Reyos, Scott Forsmann, Cathy Collins, Tim Collins; and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Great Grandparents, and Friends.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, October 19th at 11:00 am at the LDS Church located at 550 E. 700 S., St. George.  A viewing will be held from 10:00-10:45 am prior to services. Interment will be in Tonaquint Cemetery.
Austen's family would like to thank the Dixie Regional Medical Center staff as well as her pediatrician, Dr Larsen, for their effort and dedication.
