Bobbette Grow

July 19, 1935 — April 27, 2015

Bobbette Clark Grow, 79, returned into the arms of her beloved family, Monday, April 27, 2015 after suffering many years with Alzheimer’s.  She was born July 19, 1935 and was eighth child of Americus Vespucious Clark and Delia Mae Colston Clark of Vowells Mill, Louisiana.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Marco R. Grow of Hurricane, Utah; her three children, Heather (David) Christensen of Hurricane, Utah, Bonnie Beauregard of Las Vegas, Nevada, and James (Sandra) Hunter of Newark, California; along with Marco’s two children Tamra (Ron) Bye of Fremont, California and Mark (Robyn) Grow of Salt Lake City, Utah.  Combined, Marco and Bobbette were blessed with 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren to date.

Bobbette was a beautiful quilter and shared the products of her talents with her family. She loved doing family history work and wrote or co-wrote many books about her family.    She loved telling these stories to her children and grandchildren.  She was very proud of where she came from and hoped that her posterity would be blessed with a knowledge and pride of who they were and where they came from. Her only wish was for their happiness and to have a love of family.

Bobbette was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Hurricane Stake Center, 677 S. 700 W., Hurricane, Utah.  A viewing will begin at 9:30 am at the same location.  Interment at the Hurricane City Cemetery.
