Clinton Holt

March 29, 1954 — April 4, 2016

Clinton Reed Holt, age 62, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2016, surrounded by the love of his family. He was born March 29, 1954 in Cedar City, UT to Jay and Berle Holt. He spent his life in Enterprise, UT. He married his high school sweetheart, Debbie, on March 28, 1975 in the Manti LDS Temple.

Clint was a dedicated employee of Holt Farms and enjoyed working there since his high school graduation. He was known for his hard work, selflessness, patience, sense of humor and sacrifice for those around him.

Clint was a devout member of the LDS church and magnified many various church callings. His desire to serve his ward and stake resulted in countless hours of selfless service. Clint never missed a month of home teaching, dating back to when he was 16 years old. He was a worthy Melchizedek priesthood holder and held a current temple recommend until the end of his life.

Clint is also well-known for the love he had for his wife, his children, and his grandchildren. He always looked forward to spending time with his grandchildren, and vice versa.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie; his six children, Calvin (Ilene), Shelly (David), Kendralee (Derek), Karen (Ellis), Leesa, and Kody (Tifani); his five siblings, Robert, Kerry, Ralph, LeeAnna, and George; and 17 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Berle.

A viewing will be held at the Enterprise Stake Center (80 S. Center St. Enterprise, UT 84725) on Friday, April 8th, from 6:00-8:00 PM, and again on Saturday, April 9th, from 9:00-10:30 AM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016, at 11:00 AM at the Enterprise LDS Stake Center. Burial will be held at the Enterprise Cemetery under the direction of McMillan Mortuary 435-688-8880. Condolences may be shared at www.mcmillanmortuary.com.
