Clyde Harlow Fisher, 80, passed away on July 25, 2012, losing his valiant fight with cancer. Born October 30, 1931, to George and Agnes McAllister Fisher in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Clyde graduated from West High School and immediately joined the United States Navy. Upon completion of his tour, he began a successful career with Mountain Bell Telephone Service and retired after 35 years.
He married Dolores Tew in 1956 beginning 56 wonderfully fun years together. Clyde was the father every kid wished they could have and his 4 children relish the blessing he was theirs. Clyde loved a good time and found his greatest pleasure in his family. Our feelings are the same. So here's a toast to you Dad with excellent Scotch, for a life well lived.
Clyde is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Dolores, his four children, Bryan (Kelly) Fisher of Marietta, Georgia, Brenda Hendricks of Layton, Utah, Curt (Sue) Fisher of Herriman, Utah and Cameron (Laurie) Fisher of Salt Lake City, Utah; 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held in his honor at the Best Western Abbey Inn on 1129 Bluff Street, St. George, Utah, on Monday, July 30, 2012, at 2:30 PM.
