Dale Sorensen

Dale Edward Sorensen, 45, passed away at his home in St. George, Utah on July 31, 2016. He was born September 12, 1970 in Ogden, Utah, to LaMont and Jean Stade Sorensen.

In 1986 they moved to Santa Clara and he attended Dixie High School. He is survived by his mother and step father Jean and Mel Como, his sister Janice (Kim) Snow, his nieces, Brandie A. Stubbs, Brooklyn Snow and Kayla Snow. He is preceded in death by his father, LaMont Sorensen and his daughter Chelsey Sorensen.

Graveside Services will be Saturday August 13, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Santa Clara City Cemetery.
