Declan Matthew Chapman infant son of Mark and Renee Chapman passed away May 19, 2014 in St. George, Utah.

"An angel in the book of life wrote down my baby's birth. Then whispered as she closed the book "too beautiful for earth."

Graveside services will be May 23, 2014 at 11:00am at the Tonaquint Cemetery.
