St. George, UT – Dianne Harker, our beloved, wife, mother, granny, sister and niece joined her Heavenly Father on June 6, 2012. Born June 7, 1952 in Richfield, Utah to Lois Seegmiller Fowler and Edmund LaThel Fowler.
Married John Doyle Harker January 14,1972 in the Manti Temple.
Despite struggling with Muscular Dystrophy she was very optimistic, appreciated a challenge, was cheerful, generous and kind. She loved her family and friends and her sweet spirit will be missed. She was very active in the LDS Church and held many positions, including twice serving as Relief Society President.
She is survived by her husband, John Doyle Harker; son Michael John Harker (Trooly), San Antonio; TX; daughter Michelle Duersch (Jonathan), Centreville, VA; Five Grandchildren, Stockton Harker, Nicole Duersch, Caleb Harker, Addison Duersch and Marshall Duersch; and sister Judy Smith (Kevin) Kent, WA; and Uncle Jack (Seegmiller) St. George, UT.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 11, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Morningside 7 th Ward Chapel, 881 S. River Road.
A Viewing will be Sunday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Monday from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. at the church. Interment will be at Tonaquint Cemetery under the direction of McMillan Mortuary.
