He was the owner and director of BA (Born Again) Grafx, where he worked with several churches in his lifetime.

Donald wrote Pure Gold (published 2018) a book about having a relationship with the Lord.

Donald was a faithful giver to several charities. In his last days, his family helped him schedule offerings to these, showing his heart and character to be pure gold.

The last page of his book reads:

"Our relationship with Him enables us to overcome. The Bible says that we overcome by the provision of Christ and by the witness of our lives (Rev 12:11), so be of good cheer! Read the ending: Jesus wins, and so do we (Rev 22:12-13)! Which means the best is yet to come!

Donald's three living daughters will be holding private ceremonies for their Dad in the states of CO, CA and TX.
