Ernest Ellison

Ernest Ellison age 79 returned to his Heavenly Father on February 19, 2015 surrounded by his loving wife June and family. Ernie was born on April 22, 1935 in Liverpool, England to Richard Arthur Ellison & Hermina Gazina Borchers, the second of 4 sons Leslie (deceased), Richard, and James. A wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. His sense of humor was one of a kind and he brightened everyone's day with his presence.

Father to Mark (deceased), Carl (Tanisha), Heath, Lyle, and CJ; Grandfather to Melissa, CJ, Haley, Shayleen, Codey, and Richie; Great grandfather to Kevin and Gage Borjarski. Ernie and June immigrated from England in 1967. Ernie went on to work as a tool & die maker at Ford Motor Company in Flat Rock, Michigan. He is a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and sealed to his wife and family in the Salt Lake City Temple. He loved to sing and tell jokes everywhere he went and loved restoring antique furniture.

Words can't describe how much he will be missed. Farewell wheelchair. Ernie said "I'm moonwalking my way into heaven". We love you dad and we'll see you on the other side.

Funeral services for Ernest Ellison will be on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 11:00am in the Santa Clara 12th Ward Chapel located at 630 Riesling Ave., Santa Clara, Utah. A viewing will begin at 10:00am. Interment at the Santa Clara City Cemetery.
