Evelyn Page

Born in Ogden Utah November 3, 1945 to Joseph Eugene Smith and Jane Poppleton Gunnell.

Evelyn Lavone Smith Page departed this world on September 6, 2013 after a battle with cancer to rejoin her Heavenly Father. Evelyn was kind, giving, and led a very simple life. She had a beautiful smile and laugh and was loved by all who knew her. She was most at home in the kitchen and those who were fortunate enough to partake of her bounty were truly blessed. God gave Evelyn the voice of an angel and she is singing now among them. Evelyn loved the outdoors and was often found reveling in all Gods beauty here on this earth.

Her children and grandchildren were the center of her life and is survived by her sons Joseph, Chad, John, Casey, and Jason Page; her daughters Annie Page, Ellen Page and Cassie Page Goimarac; and grandchildren Joshua, Casidey, Megan, and Nataly Page and Jett Gerard Goimarac.

She is survived by the father of her children Joseph Fred Page and her siblings Joseph Smith, Kathryn Page, Bill Hunt, Dianna Keller, and Bertly Hunt.

Please join the family in memory of Evelyn on Thursday, September 12, 2013 from 11:00am to 12:00 noon at the St. George LDS Stake Center located at 500 N. 591 W., St. George, Utah. Her body will be laid to rest in Ogden, Utah next to her beloved mother and 3 siblings that she has now joined in Heaven.
