Gail Foster Burch

Gail Foster Burch, 77, passed away at home with family by her side on Sunday, November 19, 2023. 

Gail was born on July 26, 1946, in Chicago, Illinois to Frank and Gertrude Foster. She spent her childhood in Illinois and Michigan and moved to Minneapolis to attend the University of Minnesota. She graduated with a degree in advertising and went on to have a long, successful career with multiple agencies in the Minneapolis area, including Campbell Mithun and Initio. She relocated to St. George, Utah in retirement to enjoy the warmer climate.

Even amid health challenges, Gail continued to live life with kindness and gratitude. Following her cancer diagnosis, Gail was asked what was on her bucket list, to which she replied, “Absolutely nothing – I’ve done everything I wanted to do. I’m good.” Her thoughtfulness, strength and quippy sense of humor will be dearly missed. 

Gail is survived by stepson, Andrew Titcomb (Erin), stepdaughter, Alison Coffey (Mike), grandchildren, Ruby and Jaxson Stauber, Lula Coffey, Sam and Ben Titcomb, and many wonderful friends. Gail is preceded in death by her parents, and her partner, John Titcomb.

A celebration of Gail's life will be held on Friday, Dec. 29, at 11:00 am at Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club 2337 West Entrada Trail, St. George, Utah, 84770.

The family extends deep gratitude to the staff at Dixie Home Hospice for their compassionate care, and to her dear friends and neighbors who have loved and supported Gail over the years, especially Joyce Decker and Frosyne Mensendick.
