She was born March 26, 1946 in Price, UT, to Art and Sylvia Pilling.
She is preceded in death by her husband David Frandsen, daughter Tracey Morris, father Art Pilling and brother Craig Pilling.
Jackie is survived by children Cherrie Tidwell, Kerrie Smith, Denise Paul, Miles Frandsen and Steffani Murray. She is also survived by her grandchildren Craig Smith, Amber Schwingdorf, Jared Tidwell, Kayce Tidwell, Dale Paul, Cody Paul, Lexi Smith, Chelby Frandsen, Sarah Davis, Emily Murray and many great grandchildren.
