John Taylor

John Arthur Taylor, 74 yrs old, passed away on July 21,2011 at Dixie Regional Hospital. He was born on December 22, 1936 to John Alfred and Ida Elizabeth Taylor in Los Angeles, Calif. He is married to Catherine Lee Taylor, his high school sweetheart. They were married on May 26, 1956, in Huntington Park, Calif. After high school he joined the United States Coast Guard of which he served for 8 years. He loved to hunt and fish, and was a wonderful photographer. He loved life and he lived for his family.

“Art” is survived by his wife “Lee” They had three children together, Cyndie Hanson, Steve Taylor and Joanne Taylor. He also has 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, which he was so incredibly proud of.

A Graveside service will be held at Tonaquint Cemetery, 1777 Dixie Dr., St. George at 10:00 a.m. We would like to thank Dr. Brisolara, Dr. Saifee, Dr. Mercado for all the wonderful care that was given to Art. We would also like to thank the Staff at Dixie Regional for the loving care that was given to Art and to our family. Thank you again.
