Joyce Marcene Moutray

Joyce Marcene Moutray, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on September 9, 2023, from complications of Parkinson's disease at the age of 93. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints all of her life. She especially loved serving in the Primary. Joyce leaves behind two daughters, Suzanne Ford and Patrice Miller.  She adored her nine grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.  She will be sorely missed by all. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 10:45 AM, on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at the 8th Ward LDS Bloomington Hills Chapel, 1222 E. Brigham Road, in St. George, Utah. Interment will take place in Hyrum (Utah) City Cemetery, 500-600 E. Main Street on Monday, September 25, 2023, at 11 AM.
