Jeffrey Scott Worthington, loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend was born on May 24,1961 in Alma, Michigan and passed away on April 24, 2022 in St. George, Utah.
Son of Dan and Wanda Worthington, Scott was a very kind and loving man who enjoyed all kinds of adventures. He gave 100% to everything he cared about, especially his family. He cherished every one of his 11 children, his beloved wife, and parents, as well as his siblings, aunts uncles, cousins, and close friends.
Scott will be deeply missed by his family and friends who survive him, including his wife Patricia J. Worthington, St. George, Utah; his children Wes Worthington (Danielle), St. George Utah; Monique Ray, Salt Lake City, Utah; Aj Manzanares, Salt Lake City, Utah; Jeffery Scott Worthington II (Hailey), St. George Utah; Charlie Ray, Peublo, Colorado; Dina Carroll (Seth), Colorado Springs, Colorado; Keith Worthington (Ariel), St. George, Utah; Denise DeMartinis, Salt Lake City, Utah; Ashley Bailey (Malcolm), Midvale, Utah; Dailyn Ray, St. George, Utah; Jordan Ray, St. George, Utah; more than 30 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; his father Daniel Worthington, Sr., St. George, Utah.
Additional surviving family members include his siblings Shelli Craig, San Diego, California; Teena Brown (Joel), Grantsville, Utah; Daniel Worthington (Malia), St. George Utah; John Worthington (Liesa), Hurricane, Utah; Wendy Worthington, St. George, Utah; Fred, aka Derf, (Amanda), Milford, Utah; and many nieces and nephews.
Scott is preceded in death by his mother Wanda Mae Worthington; brother Craig Worthington; grandpas and grandmas Worthington and Marcy; and nephew Daniel Worthington. Jr.
