Judy Kaye Altman

December 10, 1941 — March 23, 2025

St. George, Utah

Judy Kaye Altman, beloved wife, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on a beautifulSunday afternoon, March 23, 2025, in St. George, Utah. She was born on December 10, 1941, to Eugene Smith and LaRue Kunz and was lovingly raised by LaRue and her stepfather, Jay Spencer.

Judy is survived by her devoted sister, Barbara Martin, and Barbara’s loving family, who were a constant source of joy and comfort in her later years. She is now reunited with the love of her life and devoted husband, Robert “Bob” Altman, as well as her cherished parents.

Judy lived a full and meaningful life rooted in love, service, and family. As a dedicated wife and caregiver, she spent most of her years in Memphis, Tennessee, where she and Bob opened their hearts and home to many foster children. Her nurturing spirit and boundless compassion touched the lives of everyone around her.

After Bob’s passing, Judy moved back to Utah to be closer to her sister and extended family. She continued to bring warmth, kindness, and joy to all who knew her. Judy loved deeply and lived gracefully, and her legacy of care and selflessness will continue to inspire those who knew and loved her.
