Our sweet Kandace Jaide Randall, daughter of Duke and Tandy Randall, returned home to the loving arms of our Heavenly Father on October 4, 2017. She was born on February 14, 2000 in Glendale, Arizona and instantly became our special Valentine. She lived in Phoenix for the first 3 years of her life and then moved to Enterprise, Utah, where she lived until her passing.
Kandace is the oldest child and only daughter amongst five younger brothers. She is the princess of the house and was always so willing to help raise “the boys.”
She really enjoyed the simple things in life, never complained, and always cared about everyone around her.
Kandace is a senior at Enterprise High School, where she was looking forward to graduating in the Spring. She is a member of the National Honors Society and secretary of her Senior class. She was recently voted Homecoming Royalty and was the Junior Prom Queen. She has been a part of the drama club for four years and has participated in several productions throughout the years. Drama was her life! Kandace participated in Region and State Drama, performing monologue and muscial theater, receiving superior ratings in both.
Kandace is a talented artist and especialy loved acrylic painting. She loved to create. Her other talents include singing, dancing, and playing the piano. She filled our home with music, joy, and love, and was the peacemaker of our family.
Kandace is a Laurel in the Enterprise 1st ward and was currently serving as class secretary and Family History Consultant. She loved searching and finding names to take to the temple and enjoyed going to the temple to do the baptisms. She also earned her Young Womanhood Recognition award.
Some of her hobbies include playing board games, swimming, cooking, sewing, baking, watching cupcake wars, creating productions with cousins, and driving the side by side.
Kandace was very caring and loving to younger children and they were all very drawn to her. She spent many hours babysitting and caring for kids whom she loved very much.
Kandaces favorite things include Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, everything purple, watching musicals, Beanie Boos, the Disney Channel, getting her nails done, pedicures, going on dates with Dad, Tuacahn Productions, hanging out at Grandmas, kittens, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and being with Family. Kandace lived a beautiful life and overcame many challenges. She was patient, loving, kind, long suffering, genuine, and a true example of enduring to the end. She will be missed greatly by so many. We are grateful she is free of the pain and hardships of this life. We are comforted in knowing where she is and that life doesn’t end at death.
