Kevin Burt Fowles was born on July 26, 1957 in Fillmore, Utah. In St. George, Utah he returned to his loving Heavenly Father on October 24, 2012 at age 55.

Kevin graduated from Viewmont High School in 1975. He became an elevator service mechanic. On June 6, 1980 he married his best friend, Cheryl VanWagenen in the LDS Salt Lake City Temple. They just celebrated their thirty-second wedding anniversary. They were blessed with eight children and he adored his six grandchildren. Kevin enjoyed four wheeling, snowmobiling, watching & playing basketball, visiting family & friends, and most of all having fun with his family. Kevin had a strong testimony and served faithfully in all of his church callings.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl VanWagenen Fowles and his eight children: Alisha & Nathan Graf, Tiffanie & Chad Childress, Garrett & Courtney Fowles, Connor & Brooke Fowles, Dalton Fowles, Shalie Fowles, Shalissa & Kolter Thode, and Micala Fowles; his parents, Ted & LaNon Fowles and his siblings: Alan & Karla Fowles, Teri & Todd Turner, and Tammy & Scott Brown.

Kevin's services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The building is located at: 1706 Desert Dawn Dr., Santa Clara, Utah. Viewings will be Sunday, October 28 from 6-7:30 pm and Monday, October 29 from 9:30-10:30 am. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 29th at 11 am. The graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 30th at 1 pm at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park. Located at 3401 Highland Dr. (1495 East), SLC, Utah 84106.
