Leila Horne

Leila Mae Horne passed away January 23, 2015 in St. George, Utah. She was born August 4, 1931 in Lester, Washington to Iran and Pearl Kunz. She married Stephen E. Horne in 1952.

Leila was a gifted and talented musical artist who enjoyed sharing this talent in support of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

She is survived by her children Stephen C. (Mona Kay) Horne, Randall Allen (Mary) Horne, Debra Ann (Kirk) Gilmore, Teresa Marie Stanton; and 13 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 1:00pm at the Morningside 7th Ward LDS Chapel 879 S. River Road, St. George, Utah. A viewing will begin at 12:00 noon prior to services. Interment at Tonaquint Cemetery.
