Leila Jessen Morrison, age 78, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2012 in LaVerkin, UT.
She was born on August 11, 1933 to Christopher and Matilda Jacklin Jessen in Kingston, UT.
She married Charles Robert Morrison Sr. on May 26, 1954 in Kingston, UT.
Leila was a registered nurse at Saint Marks Hospital for more than 40 years. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, visiting her grandchildren and traveling.
She is survived by her children Vickie Bello, Cherri Emmett, Charles Robert Morrison Jr., and Karen Morrison; 3 sisters, Shirley Luke, Joan Morrow, Martha Mattinson and one brother, Carlos Jessen. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by sister Clea Fern Sullivan and one grandchild.
A Celebration of her life will be held Saturday, March 3, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at the family home located at 260 W. 170 S., LaVerkin.
