Marjorie Alice Larson Crooks, passed away on January 15, 2022 in Ivins Utah.

She was born January 18, 1936 in Murray Utah to Clairmont Robert Larson and Selma Elvira Levine Larson.

She married Kenneth M. Crooks in Salt Lake City 1962 and later sealed in the Jordan River Temple in 1986.

She was employed by Granite School District and worked at Cottonwood High School for 23 years.

In church she held many callings including teaching primary, librarian, and meeting house librarian.

Her hobbies included seamstress, excellent at crocheting, scrapbooking, home decorating, crafting, and gardening.

She was also good at ice skating and tennis in her earlier days.

She graduated from Jordan High School and completed LDS Seminary in 1954.

She is survived by Kenneth M. Crooks (Husband) in Ivins, her brother Robert C. Larson (Marilyn Stone) in Sandy.

And their children Mike Lee Crooks (Marlene) in West Jordan and Annette Crooks Sumbot (Russ) in South Jordan.

Her grandchildren Jason and Justin Heckenliable in Salt Lake, Jennifer Valentine in Ferron, Chance Lee Crooks in Kearns,

Sarah Louise Crooks (Chad) in Kanab, Nicholas Kenneth Sumbot (Kristin), Luke Anthony Sumbot, and Lindsay Danae Sumbot in South Jordan.

She was predeceased by her sister Marilyn Janice Larson Lyon in March of 1956 and her daughter Kaelene Crooks Udy in 2018.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 1:00PM at Ivins Cemetery.
