Mark Cummings

Mark G Cummings, 66, of Roy, Utah passed away peacefully on January 7, 2023, surrounded by the love and comfort of his wife and youngest daughter. Mark was born on August 31, 1956. He was the son of Marilyn and Lyn Mayfield and the oldest of 6 children. Mark married his lifelong partner Lois Thomas on September 12, 1981, in Wyoming. In 1985 they made Utah their home and were devoted to each other through good times and bad for over 41 years.

He enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting with family, and golfing with friends. Mark made friends anywhere he went, whether it was where he lived, worked or restaurants he frequented. He had this special presence that drew you in. He was an amazing dad and an even more amazing grandpa. His grandkids were the light of his life and he adored them so very much.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents and one sister. He is survived by his wife Lois Cummings, his three children Jamie (Paul) Craythorn, Brody (Jen) Cummings, Taralyn Cummings, 10 Grandkids, 3 Great-grandkids, 2 sisters, 2 brothers, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
