Ramona Blaisdell

In loving memory of our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunty, and Friend, Ramona Teuila Blaisdell passed away peacefully in her Niece and Nephew’s home in St. George, Utah on July 11, 2015.  Ramona was born November 11, 1928 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Wallace Giles Forsythe and Hilda Danielson.

She married her sweetheart William Kahai Blaisdell Jr. on January 31, 1959 in Honolulu, Kona, Oahu, Hawaii.  They were sealed for Time and All Eternity  in the Laie, Hawaii Temple.  She was an active member of the LDS Church and held numerous positions throughout her life, including working the the Laie Hawaii Temple as an ordinance worker from March 27, 1990 to July 18, 2008.  She attended Laie Elementary School and Kahuku High School.  She grew up in her family-owned Bakery, but she journeyed on to experience several different interesting short-lived jobs in the work force during her early employment years....and settled to become an Assistant Manager for Payless and Pay & Save for 20 years.

She is survived by her children Renee Antoinette Borden Fonoti, Anthony Giles, and Sharon Fanene Forsythe.  Two other daughters preceded her in death, the late Mary Ellen Blaisdell and Brenda Lee Borden.  She has many grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Many Uncles, Aunties, Brother-in-laws and SIster-in-laws, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews who love and adore her.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 10:00am in the St. George Utah City Cemetery.
