Ronald Leon Watson, age 75 passed away on 12-September-2013, in St. George, Utah. Ron was born on 20-October-1937 in Anderson, Indiana.

He follows his father Alfred Oliver Snodgrass and his mother Opel Edna Watson and his adoptive father Everett Lee Watson.

Ron was married to Patricia Blakely Watson, in Ogden, Utah on 24-November-1961. They were later sealed as an eternal family on 25-February-1967 in the St. George Temple.

Ron grew up in Anderson and Middletown, Indiana. He attended his local Boy Scout group and was awarded many merit badges as he enjoyed the outdoors growing up in Indiana. He attended college at Perdue University and furthered his education at Dixie State College where he earned his associate degree in aeronautics. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-Day Saints. He resided in Anderson & Middletown, Indiana; Ogden, Utah; Toquerville, Utah; and Washington, Utah.

He worked a variety of jobs from air frame mechanic, retail sales, radio broadcasting, construction work and fast food service. He was an avid reader and studied many different avenues such as hypnotism. He studied Druidism where he was able to achieve the level of a Master Druid. He was a master builder of balsam wood and tissue paper model airplanes and enjoyed studying old antique cars, and Harley Davidson motorcycles. He enjoyed years of service with the Civil Air Patrol and flying search and rescue missions. He recently enjoyed working on writing his own short story mystery novels.

Ron is survived by his wife, Patricia Blakely Watson. His six children, Rebecca Watson, Brian Lee Watson ( Karen), William Delbert Watson ( Rose), Janna Mae Nielsen, Leston James Watson (Shayni) and Trisha Mae Cox (Kevin). He enjoyed his 16 Grandchildren, his 5 Great Grandchildren with 2 more coming. Also survived by 1 Step-Brother and 2 Step-Sisters.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, 20 th of September, 2013 @4:00pm. The services will be held in the Pioneer Relief Society Building located in Washington, Utah at 100 W. Telegraph Road.
