Rosemary Ralenkotter Reinertson Pantalemon passed away at her home on July 30,2024. She was 81. Rosemary was born in Covington, Kentucky on January 14, 1943. After the death of her mother, her father remarried and they moved their blended family to Las Vegas, Nevada in the mid-1950s. After graduating from Las Vegas High School in 1960, she married Lance Reinertson in 1962 and they raised four children together before divorcing in 1975.
Rosemary spent 30 years in the Casino Industry, holding many positions. She was among the first female dealers to work in Las Vegas Casinos in the early 1970s and, toward the end of her career, at the age of 56, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from UNLV in 1999.
She met and married the love of her life, Michael Pantalemon, in 1986 and after they retired, they moved to Ely, Nevada where they were involved in volunteer organizations such as The Lincoln Highway Association and the Ely Renaissance Society where they hosted the Slavic House in the Village. Following the death of her husband Mike in 2018, Rosemary moved to St George, Utah in 2021 to be closer to family.
Rosemary is preceded in death by her mother, Helen Marie Murley, father, Arthur Edward Ralenkotter, step-mother, Joan Ralenkotter Moss, sister, Donna Ralenkotter, step-sister, Vickie Robertson, step-brother, Robert Davenport, sons, Raymond Reinertson and Troy Reinertson, and grandson, Henry Bradford Jenkins IV.
She is survived by her brother, Bob Ralenkotter of Las Vegas, NV, daughter, Tina (Bob) Graul of St George, UT, son, Lannie Reinertson of Las Vegas, NV, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date.
