Shawn Nagel

Shawn K. Nagel passed away with his loving family and friend by his side, on April 15, 2022 in St George Utah.  He fought bravely throughout his battle with cancer. His parents are Linda and Gary Nagel. After Linda’s passing Gary married Rhonda Sellenbaum.

Shawn served in the Navy on the USS Vandergrift. He was blessed with one amazing daughter Alexandra Taylor of American Fork, Utah. Shawn had a love for dogs and cared for several of them throughout his life. He was a quiet well mannered person, he was grateful for everything he had and for the people in his life. He had a very special friend from Mississippi named Tamera who played a special part in his life.

He is survived by his father Gary (Rhonda) Nagel, and step-sister Brittany (Justin) Silva. Nephews Bryan, Weley, Easton. Daughter Alexandra Taylor. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. And his loving brother Chad Nagel. Who spent many hours loving and caring for him. He truly loved and cared for him and was by his side when he passed away.  He is preceded in death by his mother Linda Lee Bjarnson Taylor. Yvonne Bjarnson (grandmother) Robert and Delma Nagel (grandparents).

He will be laid to rest by his mother in the Payson City Cemetery. There will be a small graveside service on May 20, 2022 at 1:00.
