He was born July 10, 1978, in Kanab, Utah, the fifth child of L.Daryl and Claudia Talbot.

He lived in Fredonia, Arizona until he was five, then his family moved to LaVerkin, Utah. There he began school and finished at Hurricane High School while serving on the exec counsel as publicity, earning a Sterling Scholar in foreign language and graduating with honors.

Tyler began college at Dixie State College after high school. He worked at Westate Theaters also.
