In May 2018, Ty and his sweetheart, Nadine, moved back to St. George, Utah. He was employed at Decked in St.George, working in manufacturing. He loved his job and his co-workers, and they loved and respected him.

Ty loved animals and gave loving care to his pets. Their dog, whose name is Dawg, looked up to and trusted Ty as her ‘Person’.
