Wendell Clark Collings passed away peacefully in his home in St. George, UT on February 20, 2012 at age 83. Wendell was born in 1928 in Orem UT. He was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He is survived by his wife, Florence and his children Vickie Wheeler, Deanna Hall, and Alan Collings and three sisters, Barbara Hebertson, Marilyn Meldrum and Elaine Sorenson. Also a brother, Howard Collings. He also has several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by three of his children, Catherine, Tamara and Tracy. Funeral services will be on Saturday February 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., with a viewing from 9:30-10:45 at the Cotton Acres Building, 2750 E. 350 N. St George, UT. He will be laid to rest in the Washington City Cemetery immediately following the service.
