William Edward Feeney passed away at his home in Utah on August 15, 2013. Bill was born in Los Angeles, California, on March 31, 1936. Following high school and college, Bill joined the United States Marine Corps and served his country on various tours of duty. As a veteran, he remained active in the Marine Corps League in Nevada and Utah, participating in numerous projects to benefit returning veterans, military families, children and the Devil Pups Program assisting new recruits.

In California Bill was employed by the Cal-Dak Corporation and Kelley Manufacturing. In 1974 Bill and his family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where he partnered with his parents and brother in the hardware business, operating E & M Industrial Hardware, E & M Industrial Hose, Nevada Casters and Material Handling, and All Tool Repair. After the Feeney businesses were sold in 1997, Bill remained active with his business associates as a consultant and representative.

Since his retirement, Bill and his wife Belinda have resided in Dammeron Valley, Utah.

Survivors include Bill's wife of 49 years, Belinda Crane Feeney; children Alicia Feeney Pasqualotto and husband Anthony, son Brendan Feeney, granddaughters Jillian and Carley Pasqualotto, sister Marie Feeney, all of Las Vegas; brother James Feeney and wife Maureen of Reno.

The U. S. Marine Corps will hold a military memorial service in Utah on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at the Dammeron Valley Firehouse, beginning at 4:00 p.m., with a reception to follow.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Viator Catholic Church, 2461 E. Flamingo Road in Las Vegas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the U. S. Marine Corps League, payable to Devil Pups, Inc., c/o Heather Ham, P. O. Box 6607, Westlake Village, CA 91359 OR to St. Viator Catholic Community, 2461 E. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
